Meal Options

 

Adjacent to the Amish Country Homestead is the landmark, original family style restaurant --- Plain & Fancy Farm. Because of our long-standing relationship in serving as group booking agent for the restaurant, the Amish Experience is able to offer several meal options with guaranteed Amish Experience pricing and satisfaction each time.

  1. Full traditional family-style meal menu: the world-famous full family-style menu of golden fried chicken, eye round of beef, baked Lancaster County sausage, chicken pot pie, real mashed potatoes, brown buttered bow-tie noodles, market vegetables, dried corn, assorted relishes, bakery fresh shoo-fly pie, apple dumplings, ice cream, hot and cold beverages. $23.45pp.

  2. Value family-style menu: a special modified value menu adapted for those that want the experience, but with fewer dishes and at a lower price. $19.50pp.

  3. NEW! Cold Cut Luncheon: Soup (corn chowder or vegetable), Make-your-own sandwiches (turkey, ham, roast beef, cheeses, tomatoes, lettuce, onion), Salad (macaroni or potato), rolls, condiments, beverage, and that famous shoo-fly pie! $15.25pp.

  4. NEW! Express Menu: each person in your group can order what they want from a select a la carte menu for a really light lunch without the time and expense of the full family-style meal. Includes many local favorites, such as pulled pork BBQ sandwich, corn chowder, wraps, and salads. Various options, around $10pp.

  5. Box lunches: Available with pre-order in advance for those who need to eat inexpensively or “on the go.” $9.95pp.

  6. Miller’s Smorgasbord: We are also happy to book your group for this famous array of foods, from shrimp to carved meats to luscious desserts, a favorite since 1929! From $25.95pp.
