From Philadelphia. Take Pennsylvania Turnpike West to Exit 286. Travel South on Route 222 to Route 30 East. Take the Route 340 (“Old Phila. Pike”) exit off Route 30. At the light at the top of the exit ramp turn left heading east on Route 340. The Amish Experience at Plain & Fancy Farm is approximately 5.8 miles east on the left. You will pass through the villages of Smoketown and Bird-in-Hand and will come upon Plain & Fancy Farm before you reach Intercourse. From Allentown. Take Route 78 West. Exit at Route 501, Bethel. Travel South on Route 501 all the way to Route 30. Take Route 30 East. Follow directions above, exiting at the Route 340/Old Phila. Pike exit off the Route 30 bypass. From Baltimore. Take Route 83 North. At the Market Street Exit of the three York Exits, exit and proceed straight ahead three lights to Route 30. Travel East on Route 30. You will pass the Lancaster City exits and soon reach the Route 340/Old Phila. Pike exit. Follow directions above. From Harrisburg. Travel East on Route 283 to Route 30 East. Take the Route 340/Old Phila. Pike exit. Follow directions above. From Pittsburgh. Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 266. Travel South on Route 72 off Exit 266 past the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire approximately 15 miles to Route 30 East. Take Route 30 East to the Route 340/Old Phila. Pike exit. Follow directions above. From Wilmington. Take Route 41 North to Gap at Route 30. Travel west (left turn) on Route 30 approximately one-quarter mile to Route 772. Turn right and travel west on Route 772 approximately five miles to the village of Intercourse and to Route 340. Take Route 340 west one and 1.5 miles to Plain and Fancy Farm and The Amish Experience. |

The Amish Experience at Plain & Fancy Farm is easy to find. We are located smack dab in the middle of the Amish farmlands on Route 340 (3121 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bird-in-Hand, PA 17505) between the villages of Bird-in-Hand and Intercourse.
